Salted Caramel Mocha Brownie Cups from Inside BruCrew Life

"Chocolate brownies filled with caramel Hershey kisses and topped with salted caramel buttercream."

Does anything else need to be said?

My guilty pleasure at Starbucks is a salted caramel hot chocolate. BUT sometimes I hate wasting calories on drinking my dessert. Problem solved.

Found this recipe for Salted Caramel Mocha Brownie Cups. Am I the only person who hasn't heard of caramel Hershey kisses? I can only imagine how wonderful they would taste inside of a brownie. I need to make these pronto. Thanks to Inside BruCrew Life for the recipe.

Irish Car Bomb Brownies

Two years ago I posted a recipe from Smitten Kitchen for Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes. These were the perfect dessert for St. Patrick's Day.

This year I came across a similar recipe, but in brownie form. Presenting Irish Brownie Bombs from Bakers Royale (also posted on Endless Simmer).

It's a classic brownie bottom with some Guinness mixed in the batter. On top of the brownie is a cheesecake layer blended with some Bailey's. Finally, mix your Jameson whiskey shot into the three leaf clover piping. And there you have it, Irish Brownie Bombs that won't leave you with a black eye.

You can find the recipe here. Have a happy St. Patrick's Day tomorrow!

What to do with leftover Halloween Candy

Let me guess...you still have leftover Halloween candy. Growing up, I ate my candy consistently and it lasted for several months! If you're like me, you might have some Reese's Peanut Butter Cups left. If so, you've got to try this recipe from Just JENN.

Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Cupcakes

Brownies in cupcake form with Reese's Peanut Butter cups in the middle. Enough said. Here's the recipe.
