Visit to Cupcakery Shop

I reviewed a place called Cupcakery earlier this year. A friend had brought cupcakes from Cupcakery to share after we ran the Surf City Marathon. Although I only got to try one cupcake, it was delicious!

A few weeks ago I happened to be in Thousand Oaks and was directed to a nearby cupcake shop. Surprise! It was Cupcakery! Their shop was so adorable. Along with cupcakes, they also sell other cupcake-themed products. I especially loved the aprons on the wall (from Heavenly Hostess in Orange).









Since I had already sampled lots of cupcakes earlier that day at Sweet Arleen's, I only bought one cupcake to enjoy. Turns out it was the same flavor I tried months ago. I can tell you for a fact that their Dulce de Leche cupcake is delicious!

I've been wanting to get an apron for quite a while, but haven't put much effort into finding one before now. There is this cute little shop in the Orange Circle that always has aprons in the window. Today I made the effort to find their website. I was successful! Meet Heavenly Hostess.

Of course I have to share them with you since I found this darling Cupcake Party half apron.

But the fun doesn't stop there. I also found a Cupcake Party kitchen towel and Cupcake Party glame headband to match.

But the apron I was craving the most was this Faith - Just Black cocktail apron. I can definitely see Lucille Ball wearing something like this in I Love Lucy.

But I have to be a little more practical than that, so my pick would be this Courage - Tweety half apron. Maybe I'll get lucky...Valentine's Day is coming up!
