I'm Jealous

Not every wedding is the same. But I wish every wedding had cupcakes from Bake You Happy. My friend Carrie got to eat a few Bake You Happy cupcakes at a wedding last weekend. Lucky duck!

Although I've actually never been to their cupcake shop, I've tasted their cupcakes and cookies several times and they are some of my favorite in the world! Bake You Happy has come a long way since I first reviewed them in 2009. Since then, they have been on Cupcake Wars twice (won it once) and have opened two cupcake shops. Unfortunately, neither is close to me :(

It's wedding season! And I found more adorable wedding dress cupcakes. This one is from [desi]gn cakes & cupcakes. So simple, yet so elegant. 

Royal Wedding Cupcakes

Will you be watching the Royal Wedding? I hear it talked about a lot in the news, but it just hasn't grabbed my attention. I think I'm in the minority for that though. Cupcakes Take The Cake has posted several pictures of Royal Wedding cupcakes. I have to admit, the cupcakes are pretty cute.

I LOVE it when cupcakes get to be part of a wedding day.

I don't know the bride or groom, but I wish I did so I could have attended. The wedding took place at a family-owned 150 year-old barn in Northern California. The day was planned by Cosmopolitan Events and the photography was by Schnack Studios.

I don't know where the cupcakes are from, but they are the perfect touch to an absolutely beautiful wedding.

Wedding Sweets Heaven

If I could do it over, this is how it would look. I saw these photos on My Sweet & Saucy's blog the other day and melted. So gorgeous!


I married a guy that doesn't like sweets (I don't fault him for that). I coudn't convince him to do something like this at our wedding. Believe me, I tried.

More Wedding Cupcakes

June brings the arrival of wedding season! And where there are weddings, there are wedding cupcake towers. They are getting more popular every year!


This cupcake tower comes from Cupcakes by Les, a cupcake creator in Utah. It really stands apart from every cupcake tower I've seen before because of the different colors and sizes of the cupcakes. It is the beautiful and from what I read, the bride loved it too!

I have seen plenty wedding cupcakes before, but one item about this cupcakes popped out at me more than any other. The bride and groom cupcakes on top add the perfect touch to a wedding cupcake tower. These cupcakes come from Frosting Forever, a Costa Mesa-based company. The cupcakes start at $2.75.
