There are three things that I have to buy every week at the grocery store: milk, chocolate syrup, and peanut butter. In our house, we go through those items so quickly. Why? Well, I have a tall glass of chocolate milk as my recovery drink after workouts (by the way, have you seen the new "My After" chocolate milk campaign?). We also eat a lot of PB & J sandwiches. It's quick, it's easy, and it's delicious.
When I saw Cheeky Kitchen's post for Peanut Butter & Jelly Stuffed Banana Donut Muffins, I knew this was my kind of food. Peanut Butter-yes! Jelly-yes! Stuffed Banana-yes! Donuts-yes! Muffins-yes! Everything is right about these muffins. I plan on trying these out soon. You can find the recipe here.
