and it will most likely not be the last. There must be something about Oreos in cupcakes that people love because Beantown Baker's most requested cupcake is this Oreo Cupcake. I think the reason this recipe is so appealing to me is because of the whole Oreo on the bottom of the cupcake. It's like the cupcake has it's own crust. Yum! You can find the recipe here.

The frosting on the Oreo cupcake at Divine Desserts, Etc in Laguna is great! It tastes just like the Oreo filling. It would be so much better with the Oreo at the bottom, though...
