
As much as I love cupcakes, I have a hard time believing you can lose weight eating lots of cupcakes. You know me, I'm a pretty healthy person. So when I got an email about Twiggy's Cupcake Diet, I was intrigued.
Twiggy's Cupcakes satisfy your hunger and your sweet tooth. You can eat 4-5 Twiggy's Cupcakes a day, replacing breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Then eat a sensible dinner. Twiggy's Cupcakes have 6-8 grams of protein and ONLY 4-7 grams of sugar in each cupcake. So whether it's breakfast, lunch or snack time, Twiggy's Cupcakes are a great addition to your daily diet.
They claim the average person will lose 8-10 pounds a month on this diet (based on a previous diet of 2500-3000 calories. Well yeah, when you cut your calorie consumption in half, you're definitely going to lose weight.
The cupcakes are sold in assortments of 8 for $24 ($3 per cupcake). You can check out the nutritional information on the website to see how these cupcakes stack up against your average cupcake. In a perfect world, this would be my real diet. What do you think about this concept?

I think this is pretty cool, if I was ever going to go on a diet I certainly think a cupcake diet would be the only way to go!
Thanks for your comments on my blog, I do have a wonderful family and they spoilt me with yummy dessert bar treats but I will return the favour in 2 weeks when I make them a yummy Easter dessert bar!
You don't have to eat them just as a diet. You can have them as a healthy, less FAT, low sugar alternative to "the others"
