Last month I posted about how Meringue Bake Shop is selling her mini cupcakes at Bliss Yogurt in Orange. Kristin, the owner of Meringue, emailed me last week to let me know that there are two additional flavors added to her already delicious menu.
Coconutty: chocolate cupcake topped with coconut cream cheese buttercream and tasted coconut
Watermelon: green vanilla cupcake topped with watermelon buttercream
Both sound yummy and perfect for celebrating the start of summer!
